In-stock furniture typically ships within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks via our specialized white-glove delivery service.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Swatches' page to test colors and textures in your own lighting.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large freight items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our larger pieces include white-glove delivery, which features assembly and packaging removal. For smaller items requiring assembly, detailed instructions and necessary tools are included in the box.
